A new restaurant was opened at Grand Casino Mille Lacs—dubbed 1991 Kitchen in honor of the year the casino first opened. Positioned as a modern take on an "Up North" grill house, a logo and brand identity were developed around distressed wood textures, hexagonal ironwork, and archived photos of Grand Casino.
